How it's built

two layers,
one cream.

Tiramisu is a stack, so we build it like one. Every cup is the same four parts, bottom to top, and only the soak and the middle layer change with the flavor.

  1. 01

    savoiardi, soaked

Ladyfingers imported from Italy, dipped in cold brew, earl grey or matcha.

  2. 02

    the layer

Dulce de leche, for the earl grey cup. The other two go straight to cream.

  3. 03

    mascarpone cream

Mascarpone whipped with vanilla bean paste. Same in all three.

  4. 04

    savoiardi, again, then cream

A second soaked layer, a second cream, and the top: chocolate flakes, earl grey tea flowers or matcha.
