Our mission

Good breakfast, every morning.

Fresh breakfast, specialty coffee and matcha, made the same way every time, with flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

We believe good breakfast is a melting pot. Cheese bread from Brazil, mochi waffles from Japan, tiramisu from Italy, a classic American egg sandwich. Then we make it the same way, every time, in every café, so your favorite is always your favorite.

How we do it

Three things we never skip

  • The same, every time

    Your usual should taste like your usual. Every sandwich is built from the same recipe at both cafés, on every shift.

  • Real ingredients

    Cage-free eggs, dairy from regional creameries, low-carbon roasted coffee and syrups we make ourselves. Pão de queijo is six ingredients.

  • A flavor you haven't had

    Benedicts on pão de queijo, guava-filled cheese bread, a churro mochi waffle. Breakfast you know, with a twist you won’t find anywhere else.

  • Coffee

    Low-carbon roasted.

  • Matcha

    Premium-grade, single-origin and stone-milled.

  • Eggs

    Cage-free.

  • Dairy

    From regional creameries.
