Shipping policy.
Everything in The Drip is made-to-order and printed on demand, then shipped straight to you.
Processing time.
Because each item is made-to-order, orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before they ship.
Shipping times (US).
Standard shipping arrives roughly 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping rates.
Free standard shipping on all contiguous (lower 48) US orders. Alaska & Hawaii ship at a $12.00 flat rate. Rates are shown at checkout.
Order tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delays.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delays caused by an incorrect shipping address — please double-check your address before placing your order.
International shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
