Return & refund policy.
Every tee in The Drip is printed on demand, just for you. Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final except in cases of defect or damage.
Defective or damaged items.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right. Email connect@bomdough.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Sizing & color.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or color preference, since each item is made just for you. Please check the product details and measurements carefully before ordering.
Lost packages.
If the carrier confirms your package as lost, contact us and we’ll arrange a reshipment at no additional cost.
Cancellations.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
