What you'll need
Five ingredients.
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup neutral oil
- 1 bōm dough Pão de Queijo Mix bag
- 2/3 cup grated low-moisture mozzarella
Three steps.
The method
Blend.
Add the whole milk, eggs, neutral oil, and the Pão de Queijo Mix to a blender. Blend until smooth, then add the grated cheese and blend briefly, just until incorporated.
Portion.
Pour about 50g of batter into each cup of a greased 12-cup muffin pan.
Bake.
Bake at 350°F until puffed and golden, rotating the pan once halfway through — about 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven.

The result
Warm, fluffy, golden.
Evenly shaped, fluffy pão de queijo — the Cheese Dough, made in your own kitchen — with a soft interior and a light, crisp shell. The traditional outcome, without the fragile process. Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container and warm them in the microwave for about 10 seconds to bring back the softness.
